Please be aware the above may alter depending on individual circumstances
Compiling, submitting and completing reference reports for submission to your prospective landlord, including previous landlord references, employment references and credit checks
Obtaining acceptance of your reference reports from your prospective landlord
Drafting, preparation and issuing of the tenancy agreement including any specific amendments or special tenancy conditions
Drafting, preparation and issuing of a deed of guarantee (if applicable)
Booking, obtaining and verifying all safety certificates (EPC, GSR, PAT Testing etc) and in place prior to the move in date
Booking and arranging an inventory clerk to attend the property for compilation of the inventory and arrangement of the check in (if applicable)
Ensuring all paperwork is complete, and signed by all parties prior to the tenancy commencement date
Making arrangement for the receipt and subsequent transfer of the move in monies
Registering the deposit with the DPS and issuing the certificate of registration (where applicable)
