• Compiling, submitting and completing reference reports for submission to your prospective landlord, including previous landlord references, employment references and credit checks
• Obtaining acceptance of your reference reports from your prospective landlord
• Drafting, preparation and issuing of the tenancy agreement including any specific amendments or special tenancy conditions
• Drafting, preparation and issuing of a deed of guarantee (if applicable)
• Booking, obtaining and verifying all safety certificates (EPC, GSR, PAT Testing etc) and in place prior to the move in date
• Booking and arranging an inventory clerk to attend the property for compilation of the inventory and arrangement of the check in (if applicable)
• Ensuring all paperwork is complete, and signed by all parties prior to the tenancy commencement date
• Making arrangement for the receipt and subsequent transfer of the move in monies
• Registering the deposit with the DPS and issuing the certificate of registration (where applicable)
