Firstly, if you are selling, you will require a valuation. At Saxon Kings we can offer you a free, no obligation factual and accurate appraisal of the current market value of your home. Instruction of the agent/property details

Having received your valuation, and provided that you are satisfied with it, we will then proceed to prepare full sales details of your property.     Marketing Your Property

    Once you’ve approved the details of your home, we begin proactive marketing. Your property will be promoted via sales boards, our shopfront display, email alerts, and direct contact with registered buyers.

    It will appear on our website within 12 hours and be shared on Rightmove, Zoopla, and PrimeLocation. Optional extras such as floorplans and brochures are also available. Viewings can be accompanied by us or conducted by you—whichever suits you best.

    Offers and Finalisation

    All offers are promptly relayed verbally, then confirmed in writing. Our sales team will negotiate to secure the best possible price and keep you informed throughout.

    Once an offer is accepted, you’ll need to instruct a solicitor and provide a Fixtures and Fittings list. We’ll guide you through the process, from surveys and contracts to exchange. If you have a preferred completion date, let us know early—we’ll work with all parties to help meet your timeframe.
